The system most projects begin with: a fixed aluminium frame carrying motorised louvres that rotate through 135°. Open, the louvres let air and light through; closed, they seal into a watertight roof that drains through the structure itself.
Louvres rotate from flat to fully closed on a 24 V motor, controlled by remote, wall switch or phone.
Rain and wind sensors close the roof on their own when nobody is on the terrace.
Rainwater is collected in the perimeter beam and taken down inside the columns — no visible downpipes.
