What we collect
The contact form collects your email address, optional telephone number and message. We also store the submission language, date and handling status. Email and message are required to send an enquiry; a telephone number is optional. Hosting and security logs may contain your IP address, browser information and visit time.
Purposes and EU legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), quotation and contract requests rely on pre-contractual steps or contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests in customer communication and website security (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored on our hosting infrastructure and are available to authorized staff in the protected administration area. The email address, optional telephone number and full message are also sent to our business mailbox through Zoho Mail for follow-up. Hosting and email providers process data to deliver these services. Email copies and backups are separate from the website records; deleting one does not automatically delete all copies. Provider locations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be confirmed before this notice is finalized.
How long we keep it

We use cookies to remember your language and maintain the website session. Staff sign-in may also use a remember-me cookie. Local browser storage remembers dismissal of the cookie notice. We do not install analytics or advertising trackers ourselves. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, though this may reset preferences or affect session features. Third-party video playback is described below.
YouTube videos
YouTube players are loaded only when you choose to play a YouTube video, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Playback connects your browser to Google/YouTube, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or browser storage under its own privacy policy. Privacy-enhanced mode does not make playback anonymous. Opening a direct YouTube link also takes you to that service.
